Terms of Service

ClaudBricks Training and Solution provides web development, digital marketing, AI automation, and training services. By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate project requirements and information
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Make payments according to agreed terms
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Use our services in compliance with applicable laws

Project Payments

• 50% deposit required before project commencement
• Remaining balance due upon project completion
• Monthly retainer fees for ongoing services
• Late payment fees may apply after 30 days

Refund Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
• Refunds considered on a case-by-case basis
• Completed work is not eligible for refunds

Client Rights

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom-developed code, designs, and content created specifically for their project.

ClaudBricks Rights

We retain rights to our proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies. We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

• Project scope is defined in the signed proposal
• Changes to scope require written approval and may incur additional costs
• Timeline adjustments may be necessary for scope changes
• Client feedback and approvals are required at designated milestones

ClaudBricks Training and Solution liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Third-party service failures or downtime
• Data loss due to client system failures

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• Client pays for all work completed to date
• ClaudBricks delivers all completed work and assets
• Confidentiality obligations remain in effect
• Outstanding invoices become immediately due
